We hope that you understand that student attendance at tutoring each week is vital for continued progress to be made. We do require a commitment from you towards the tutoring program. We limit the size of our groups and are unable to hold a place for students whose fees have not been paid. Payment is due prior to each lesson being undertaken. Payment at least one term or five weeks in advance (twice each term) is requested. Such arrangements will be calculated at a discounted rate. The discount applies only for early payment, it does not apply to late payments which will be calculated at the full weekly rate. Please note that any alternative arrangements must be made in advance. Payments may be made by cash, cheque or eftpos. The extra services of credit card payment by phone and automatic credit card payments are also available.

Please be aware that fees are due and payable for sessions missed. Fees are non-transferable and make-up lessons may not be taken in lieu of paid lessons.  We are not affected by pupil free days or strike days. Please contact the Learning Centre to discuss your particular circumstances.

Please phone if you are unable to attend your regular tutoring session. Missed sessions in Mathematics or English can be made up at an allocated alternative time during that week or later in the term, or assignments can be mailed. Reading assignments can be given over the phone or mailed as appropriate.

Please note the discounted rate will only be offered for fees paid in advance. Any fees paid late will be charged at the full weekly rate. A late fee of $2.50 per session will also apply to all accounts with outstanding balances at the end of each term.

An Administration Fee of  $10 per term per family is payable upon enrolment.

Tuition fees outlined below are quoted at the weekly rate, before discounts:

Tuition fees for the Pre-school Literacy Program are $35 per 60-minute session.

Tuition fees for Reading, Primary and High School are $44 per 60-minute session.

Tuition fees for Years 11 and 12 non-core subjects e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Business Studies are $52 per 60-minute session.

A fee for hosting specialist Reading and Maths programs also applies. Ask in Centre for details.

Maths Revision and Study Clinic operates 4pm-6pm Friday afternoon. Workshops are open to all students enrolled in any subject. Cost is $20. We see this as an excellent opportunity for all students to receive further practice at a very reasonable cost. There is no denying that students who take advantage of this opportunity benefit greatly. Students need only turn up on the day with their own material e.g. school textbook.
